Wild Garlic – Walnut – Pesto
The perfect wild garlic – walnut – pesto recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 50 g Wild garlic fresh
- 50 g Walnuts
- 100 ml Rapeseed oil
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan
- Wash the wild garlic, dry in the salad spinner and roughly chop. Grind together with the nuts, the oil and the Parmesan in the multi-chopper. Season to taste with a pinch of salt or a little Parmesan. Also in small glasses a nice souvenir or a homemade gift.
- As a tip: stir 1 teaspoon or tablespoon (depending on the portion size) into the vegetables. Tastes delicious.
