Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 bell peppers, colored
- 200 g feta cheese, marinated in oil
- n. B. Pepper
- salt and pepper
- n. B. Herbs, fresh or dried, e.g. oregano, thyme or basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Wash the peppers, deseed them, remove the white ribs, and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Cut the peppers into small strips. Arrange both in a baking dish, add the feta and oil, and mix everything together. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C fan/convection oven (200°C top/bottom heat) for about 45 minutes. Stir occasionally. It tastes best cold with grilled meat, but also warm with some baguette for dipping in the oil.
