Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g mushrooms, preferably fresh
- 200 g bacon, diced
- 5 spring onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 200 ml cream
- 100 ml broth (to taste)
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp curry powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Quarter or slice the mushrooms and spring onions. Lightly fry them in a pan, add the garlic and bacon, and continue frying. Deglaze with the stock and simmer for about 1 minute. Add the cream and let the sauce reduce for a few minutes. Season with paprika and curry powder and season with salt and pepper. Thicken as desired. If you like, you can sprinkle chives on top before serving! It goes very well with rice or pasta.
