Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (preferably butterfly pasta)
- 350 g cooked ham (diced)
- 1 egg(s)
- salt and pepper
- butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
ideal for using up leftover pasta from the day before
Cook the pasta and let it cool (important!). Heat a non-stick pan over high heat and sear the pasta in butter. Just before the pasta reaches the desired degree of browning (I like it golden brown), add the ham and fry. Whisk the spices with the egg and stir into the pan. Tastes best with compote.
