Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta, leftovers or raw, whatever you have in the house
- 2 sausages (Vienna)
- Pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Use up leftovers!
Cook the pasta as usual until al dente, then drain and let it drain briefly, or use any leftover pasta. Slice the Vienna sausages. Heat oil in a pan and fry the pasta and Vienna sausages for 7-10 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper. Then serve on plates and enjoy. Tip: I always drizzle a little ketchup over the pasta at the end!
