Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pasta (spirelli or tagliatelle)
- 4 eggs
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 200 g cooked ham (or other sausages)
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 100 ml milk
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- 1 garlic clove(s) (optional)
- Paprika powder
- Nutmeg, possibly liquid seasoning
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
according to old housewife tradition
Precook the pasta. Cut the ham into small cubes or pieces and fry it in a pan with the margarine. Dice the onion, add it, and sauté it. Add the pasta and brown it on all sides. Mix the eggs with the milk, seasonings, and cheese. Pour the mixture into the pan with the pasta and stir to combine. Season to taste, adding more seasoning if desired. Serve with salad.
