Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g sausage (Braunschweiger, Landjäger, Extrawurst)
- 500 g pasta, possibly croissants
- 1 onion(s)
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- ¼ bunch parsley
- marjoram
- Maggi
- Soup powder
- Lard or butter for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta al dente. Meanwhile, chop the onions and parsley and dice the sausage. Sauté the onions in a little butter, add the sausage, and brown lightly. Add the cooked pasta and season with salt, pepper, parsley, marjoram, a little Maggi, and some soup mix.
