Sausage noodles

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g sausage (Braunschweiger, Landjäger, Extrawurst)
  • 500 g pasta, possibly croissants
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • ¼ bunch parsley
  • marjoram
  • Maggi
  • Soup powder
  • Lard or butter for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta al dente. Meanwhile, chop the onions and parsley and dice the sausage. Sauté the onions in a little butter, add the sausage, and brown lightly. Add the cooked pasta and season with salt, pepper, parsley, marjoram, a little Maggi, and some soup mix.
