Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 375 g wheat flour
  • 1 pack of yeast (yeast dough guarantee)
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 ml milk
  • 50 g butter, soft
  • 300 g plums
  • 200 g plum jam
  • 70 g walnuts, chopped
  • ½ bottle of rum flavoring
  • some cinnamon
  • some milk
  • 30 g hazelnuts, sliced ​​for sprinkling
  • n. B. Powdered sugar for a glaze

Instructions

Wash, stone, and dice the plums. Line two baking sheets with baking paper and preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix the flour with the yeast and add the remaining dough ingredients. Knead everything well. Divide the dough into 12 pieces (each piece weighs approximately 60 g) and roll each piece out into a circle approximately 12 cm in diameter on a floured surface. Mix the plums with the plum jam, nuts, and flavoring. Place 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center of each dough circle. Sprinkle a little cinnamon over each plum. Brush the edges of the dough sheets with milk and fold the dough circles over to form half-moons. Press the edges firmly with a fork. Brush the plum parcels with milk and sprinkle with the sliced ​​nuts. Place all of them on the baking sheets and bake in the lower third of the oven for approximately 17 minutes each time. For the really sweet ones, the bags can be covered with icing.
