Blueberry-Apple Muffins

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 50 g sugar, brown
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 apples
  • 100 g blueberries, fresh
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml milk
  • 60 g butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp jam (blueberry jam)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat oven to 175°C and grease a muffin tin thoroughly or line it with paper baking cups. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Fold the chopped apples and blueberries into the flour mixture. Beat eggs, milk, butter, and jam. Stir the egg mixture into the flour mixture and pour the batter into the prepared muffin tins. Bake the muffins in the oven for about 25 minutes.
