Sausage stew, quick and tasty

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 onions
  • 8 sausages (also from the jar)
  • 8 potatoes, boiled, salted or jacket potatoes, even from the day before
  • 200 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • ⅛ liter cream
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely chop the onions and fry. Slice the sausages and add them to the onions. Dice the cooked potatoes and add them to the pot. Mix the milk, cream, and tomato paste and pour into the pot. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil briefly. If the potatoes are from the day before, leave them on the stove for a moment longer to warm them up.
