Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 small jar pepper, pickled green
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

delicious for dipping with vegetables, but also as a side dish to meat and fish

Place the sour cream in a bowl. Slice the spring onions into rings. Finely chop the parsley. Add both to the sour cream. Add the pickled peppercorns, but not the liquid. Press the garlic cloves into the bowl. Mix everything well and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Letting the sauce sit for a day will make it taste even better. If it’s too thick, add a little liquid cream. It tastes great with grilled food, as a dip for raw vegetables, or with boiled potatoes.
