Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 4 bell peppers
- 300 g rice
- 2 can/n tomatoes, Mediterranean style
- salt and pepper
- oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the rice in salted water until tender. Wash and clean the bell peppers, and cut into strips. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the minced meat until almost cooked. Add the cooked rice and tomatoes. Season generously with oregano and bring to a boil. Then add the bell peppers. Simmer for a few more minutes, but the bell peppers should still be slightly firm to the bite. Season to taste before serving.
