Pasta with paprika and minced meat sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g pasta
  • 100 g zucchini
  • 200 g bell pepper(s), red
  • 125 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ tsp oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and set aside. Slice the washed and trimmed zucchini and slice the washed and trimmed bell pepper. Finely dice the onion. Season the minced meat and fry in hot oil. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and zucchini and fry for a few minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano, stir in the tomato paste, and add 100 ml of water. Bring to a boil and simmer for a few minutes. Season again to taste, if desired, and serve with the pasta.
