Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400g penne
- 400 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 bunches of arugula
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1 can of corn
- salt and pepper
- oil
- Paprika powder
- cumin
- curry powder
- garlic powder
- Pecorino, shaved
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cook the penne in salted water and keep warm in a pot. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Wash and chop the arugula, add it to the minced meat along with the corn, fry, and season. Then add the penne and fry. Finish with cream and serve sprinkled with pecorino.
