Rhubarb porridge a la Maja

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 750 g rhubarb
  • 4 oranges
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 2 cups of yogurt, cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, peel the rhubarb and cut it into small cubes. Halve the oranges and squeeze the juice. Bring the rhubarb and orange juice to a boil. Add the cinnamon stick. Now mix the pudding mix with the water according to the recipe and add the sugar. Stir the mixture into the boiling rhubarb and bring back to a boil. Remove from the heat, let it cool, and finally fold in the yogurt. Chill everything and serve with whipped cream and vanilla ice cream.
