Strawberry soup

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g strawberries
  • 400 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 orange(s)
  • some vanilla extract
  • possibly pudding powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

fruity – fresh, ideal for summer as a dessert or just like that

Cut the strawberries into pieces, bring them to a boil with the milk, and then puree. Squeeze the orange and add the juice, along with the sugar and vanilla extract. Season to taste with a little more sugar or vanilla sugar, if desired. Serve cold or warm, as desired. If you prefer a creamier texture, stir a tablespoon of custard powder into the orange juice and add it.
