Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 70 g flour
- 170 g butter, melted
- 200 g chocolate (block chocolate)
- 1 cup(s) coffee, small, espresso
- 1 tbsp sour cream
Instructions

(as dessert)
Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks, then beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Stir in the flour. Stir in the melted butter. Melt the chocolate with the espresso and sour cream, and stir in. Finally, fold in the stiff peaks. Bake at 170°C (350°F) for 35-40 minutes (convection is better). The cake will be incredibly moist. Served with vanilla sauce, it makes a delicious dessert. The cake can be served warm or cold and will keep in the refrigerator for several days.
