Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of cream cheese, natural
  • 1 pack of cream cheese with herbs
  • 8 slice(s) cheese (Gouda), large slices
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 150 g ham, cooked
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda)
  • pepper
  • curry
  • 1 pack of pumpernickel, round

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick finger food

Finely chop the egg, ham, 100g Gouda, and chives. Mix everything with the cream cheese and season with pepper and curry. Spread the mixture onto the large Gouda slices and roll them up. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for a few hours. Then cut the rolls into slices and top the pumpernickel with them. Serve on a platter as finger food for parties!
