Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g green beans (ideal, for example, frozen princess beans)
- 1 pack of sheep’s cheese
- 1 pack of bacon
- 300 g tagliatelle pasta
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the beans in salted water until tender. Dice the feta cheese. Cut the bacon into strips and fry in a pan until crispy. Cook the tagliatelle in salted water until al dente, drain, and add to the pan with the bacon. Then toss the drained beans in the water and finally add the feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Heat everything together briefly until the feta cheese has melted slightly.
