Yogurt and mandarin dessert

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g mandarin(s), from the can
  • 2 tbsp orange liqueur
  • 150 g yogurt, 3.5% fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Drain the mandarins thoroughly. Pour the orange liqueur into a small bowl. Marinate the mandarins for 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Place half of the mandarins and half of the liqueur in a larger glass. Spoon half of the yogurt over the mandarins. Fill the remaining mandarins with liqueur on top of the yogurt and cover with the remaining yogurt. Refrigerate the dessert until ready to serve. Then garnish and serve. 210 kcal per serving.
