Marinated fruit salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 kiwis
  • 2 cans of apricots (425 ml)
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 orange(s), the juice
  • 4 tbsp liquid honey
  • 3 tbsp grappa
  • 2 sprigs of mint

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash, hull, and quarter the strawberries. Sprinkle with sugar. Peel and dice the kiwis. Drain and quarter the apricots. Peel the bananas and slice them thinly. Place the fruit in a bowl. Mix the orange juice, honey, and grappa. Pour the marinade over the fruit. Slice the mint and fold in. If children are sharing, replace the grappa with more orange juice.
