Sugared strawberries with Calvados à la Didi

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g strawberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 cl Calvados

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Wash the strawberries and remove any leaves and blossoms. Cut the strawberries into small pieces. Add 4 cl Calvados and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Mix everything together and let it steep for 1 hour. Arrange and serve.
