Quark made from chocolate kisses and grapes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 chocolate kisses
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 100 g grapes
  • Lemon juice, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Quark Bella Italia

Remove the wafer bases from the chocolate kisses, mix the foam with the cream cheese, and season with lemon juice. Wash, halve, and core the grapes, and fold them in. Refrigerate! If you like, you can halve the wafer bases and then place five of these halves into the quark just before serving. Enjoy!
