Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g chicken breast
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 4 tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves
- Paprika powder
- 2 onions
- 350 ml water
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 tsp mustard

- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt or soy sauce
- 1 bay leaf

First, mix soy sauce with tomato ketchup, honey, paprika, and a crushed garlic clove. Chop the chicken breast into small pieces and marinate in the mixture for at least 30 minutes. Then remove the meat from the marinade and drain. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken cubes over high heat until just cooked through. Remove from the pan. Peel the onions and slice them. Peel the remaining garlic clove and press it as well. Fry both in the same pan as the chicken until the onions are translucent. Deglaze with water. Add a bay leaf. Add the cream cheese and melt. Simmer slightly and sift 1 tablespoon of flour into the sauce. Chop the chives and stir in. Now add the chicken back in. Bring to a boil briefly and season with salt or soy sauce, pepper, mustard, and paprika. Serve with rice.
