Baked pork fillet

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 750 g pork fillet(s)
  • 2 apples, sour
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • ¼ liter sweet cream
  • 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the pork fillet and season. Briefly sear on both sides and place in a greased baking dish. Peel the apples, remove the cores, and dice them. Place them in the baking dish (the fillet slices should also be covered with apple cubes). Mix together the cream, tomato paste, and tomato ketchup. Add the curry powder and season generously with salt and pepper. Pour over the meat. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Serve with tagliatelle and fresh salad.
