Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 jar of stuffed green olives
- 10 slice(s) Bacon, small, thinly sliced
- 250 ml light beer
- 100 g flour
- 1 egg(s)
- some salt
- Oil for frying
Instructions

two variations: hearty and spicy – with and without dough
Wrap ten olives each with a slice of bacon and fry briefly in the deep fryer, then drain on kitchen paper. For the batter, combine the flour, egg, salt, and beer. Dip the remaining olives into the batter with a fork and fry. Then drain on kitchen paper. Once cooled, thread onto skewers (toothpicks) and serve in small bowls.
