Chickpea smoked tofu patties

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 g chickpeas, drained
  • 65 g smoked tofu, 1/2 block
  • 1 tbsp, heaped soy flour
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • n. B. spice(s), e.g. curry or paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

vegan, high in protein

Blend the chickpeas and smoked tofu in a meat grinder until smooth. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Form approximately 8 patties and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
