Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g chickpeas, drained
- 65 g smoked tofu, 1/2 block
- 1 tbsp, heaped soy flour
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 dash of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- n. B. spice(s), e.g. curry or paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
vegan, high in protein
Blend the chickpeas and smoked tofu in a meat grinder until smooth. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Form approximately 8 patties and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
