One Pot Pasta with Chicken

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g pasta
  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped, approx. 400 g
  • 400 g chicken breast
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 150 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 750 ml chicken broth
  • 150 ml Cremefine
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs of Provence
  • Water
  • Parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chop the chicken breast into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, and sauté briefly. Chop the mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion into small pieces. Add all ingredients except the Parmesan to the pot or pan and cook for about 15 minutes, until the pasta is tender. If the pasta isn’t quite cooked, add a splash of water. Sprinkle the Parmesan over the pasta before serving.
