Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
quick and easy to prepare, delicious and low in calories
Peel the tomatoes if necessary, dice them, and place them in a nonstick pan. Heat the heat. Add the can of mushrooms with their broth and bring to a boil. Dice the ham and add it as well. Stir in the mustard and seasonings. Add the spelt pasta and stir well. It should now be very saucey. Cover the pan and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the processed cheese and let it reduce until it reaches the desired consistency. This serving size is designed for a very (!) big eater. It also tastes good with other types of meat, or even without it. If you use low-fat processed cheese (about 170 kcal per 100 g), the serving comes to around 450 kcal.
