Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g flour
- 150 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 150 g butter
- 250 g onion(s), roughly chopped
- 250 g bacon, finely diced
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 250 g cheese (Emmental), grated
- 200 g cream
- 5 eggs
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Fat for the mold
Instructions

Make a well in the flour. Add the low-fat quark and salt. Sprinkle the butter, cut into small pieces, around the dough. Knead quickly. Place the dough in a greased 22 cm dish, spread evenly, prick with a fork, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Fry the bacon in a dry pan. Add the onions and parsley, fry briefly, and let it cool slightly. Then spread it on the base and sprinkle the Emmental cheese on top. Whisk the cream with the eggs, salt, pepper, and paprika and pour over the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes. Serve with a small salad and tomato slices.
