Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 6 sausages (Mettenden) or Cabanossi
- 2 packs of tomatoes, pureed
- 2 onions
- n. B. broth
- pepper
- possibly garlic
- oil
- Water (salt water)
- possibly herbs

Cook the pasta as usual in plenty of salted water until al dente. Slice the sausages, dice the onion, and mince the garlic (if desired). Brown the sausages in a large pot with oil, add the onion and garlic, and simmer for a while. Add the passata, season generously with stock and pepper, and simmer for 5 minutes. You can add more spice if you like. If you like, you can also enrich the stew with herbs. Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce and season to taste. The stew tastes best reheated; it’s super quick and delicious. We always loved it as children.
