Mug cake with a liquid nut-nougat core

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp baking cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp hazelnut spread

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 4 minutes

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Pour the milk and oil into a mug. Combine the solid ingredients with the liquid ingredients by dropping the solid mixture into the mug a spoonful at a time and stirring thoroughly with a spoon. Pour the hazelnut spread into the center of the batter. If the batter becomes too stiff, thin with a little milk. Once the batter is thoroughly mixed, place the mug in the microwave for about 1 minute at 600 watts. Enjoy this delicious, moist mug cake with your partner or alone.
