Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg apricot(s), washed and pitted
- 3 limes, juice
- 500 g gelling sugar 2:1
- 2 tbsp poppy seed flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 34 minutes
Chop the apricots, mix with lime juice and preserving sugar, and let them draw juice for about 1 hour. Stir in the poppy seed mixture and let the mixture simmer for 3-4 minutes. Test for setting and pour the jam into prepared jars.
