Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g pasta (spelt pasta)
- 3 slices of cooked ham
- 10 cocktail tomatoes
- 50 g feta cheese
- oregano
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Cut the ham into approximately 1×1 cm pieces. Roughly dice the feta. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Sauté the ham in a little olive oil. Then add the tomatoes and simmer for a while. Then add the cooked pasta to the ham and tomatoes, along with the feta. Mix everything together and let the feta melt slightly. Finally, add some dried oregano and season with salt and pepper.
