Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 12 slices of white bread
- 2 tomatoes
- 100 g ham
- 2 spring onions
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 250 g ricotta
- 4 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- Salt
- pepper, black
- some cayenne pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Preheat oven to 230 degrees Celsius (fan). Core the tomatoes and dice very finely. Dice the ham. Slice the spring onions into thin rings. Finely chop the garlic. Mix the vegetables with the ricotta and Parmesan cheese and season. Spread on the bread slices and bake for about 5 minutes, until crispy and lightly browned.
