Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 500 ml milk
- 50 g cornstarch
- 1 egg(s)
- some water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Caramelize the sugar and deglaze with a little water. Mix the cornstarch with cold milk. Add the remaining milk to the brown sugar. Just before cooking, stir in the cornstarch while stirring. Separate the egg and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Once the mixture has boiled, add the egg yolk. Finally, fold in the egg whites.
