Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 200 g bacon
  • 150 g cooked ham or beer ham
  • 200 g cheese, e.g. Gouda, grated
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 ½ ciabatta

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

delicious – also for a party and very easy to prepare

Finely dice the onions, bacon, and cooked ham, fry, and let cool. Combine the remaining ingredients and then fold in the cooled ham mixture. Cut the ciabatta bread into slices and spread the mixture on top. Bake in the oven at 180°-190°C for 15 minutes.
