Spicy pasta casserole with ham and cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 200 g cooked ham, diced
  • 250 ml beef broth (soup)
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 125 ml cream (whipping cream)
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Quick and delicious!

Do not overcook the pasta. Thicken the beef broth with flour and cook for 5 minutes, then add the cheese, lemon juice, and whipped cream and simmer briefly until the cheese has melted. Season with salt and pepper. Place the pasta, ham, and sauce in a greased dish and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10-15 minutes.
