Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- some curry powder
- some paprika powder, sweet
- a few stalks of chives
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tbsp Parmesan
- some oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with garlic and Parmesan
Wash the chives and cut them into small pieces. Peel and press the garlic. Grate the Parmesan cheese freshly. Put the butter (preferably soft or spreadable with rapeseed oil) into a bowl, add all the other ingredients, and mix well.
