Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 scoops of ice cream (vanilla)
  • 800 ml orange juice
  • some mint, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Divide one scoop of vanilla ice cream between four highball glasses and top each with 200 ml of orange juice. Garnish with mint and serve with straws and ice cream scoops.
