Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 600 g potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 egg(s)
- 60 g cream
- few herbs (herbs of Provence)
- some paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Side dish, or main course served with herb cream cheese
Boil the potatoes in salted water for 10-20 minutes. Then drain and mash with a masher, then let cool slightly. Mix the butter, egg, cream, paprika, and herbs, if desired, into the potato mixture. Place the potato mixture in small piles on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 225°C (convection oven) for 15-20 minutes.
