Bring the whipped cream to a boil with cloves, cinnamon, and salt. Crumble the flour and egg, add to the boiling cream, and simmer gently over low heat for about 40 minutes. While the mixture is still warm, form a dumpling and let it rest in the refrigerator for about a day. Finally, grate the dumpling, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, and serve with currants.
