Rye bread from the Airfryer

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g rye flour
  • ½ cube of fresh yeast
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 150 ml water, lukewarm
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

Place the flour in a bowl and make a well. Crumble in the yeast. Sprinkle the sugar over the yeast and add the lukewarm water. Let the pre-dough stand in a warm place for 30 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and knead everything into a smooth dough. Cover the dough and let it stand in a warm place for 60 minutes. Line the air fryer with baking paper. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on the baking paper. Bake the bread at 200°C for 25 minutes.
