Spaghetti Alfredo

The perfect spaghetti alfredo recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • 150 g Salt butter
  • Or
  • 150 g Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 200 g Freshly grated Parmesan
  • Tellicherry pepper
  • Finely chopped parsley

Preheat the oven to 80 degrees!

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water (preferably in a cast iron saucepan) until al dente! Keep warm in the oven with the plates! Wash, shake and chop the parsley!
  2. Then melt the butter in the saucepan and dissolve the Parmesan in it, then fold in the warm spaghetti until the Parmesan and butter are creamy around the spaghetti! Pepper! Spread the pasta on 4 plates and sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan! Serve immediately!
  3. Ser easy recipe! But all the more delicious! 😉
