Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s), shredded
  • 1 large onion(s), diced
  • 1 large garlic clove(s), squeezed
  • 1 can apricot(s), diced
  • 1 bottle of curry sauce
  • 1 bottle of Cremefine
  • some curry powder
  • pepper
  • possibly chili
  • Salt
  • some cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

with curry sauce

Heat a large pan with a little oil, add the onions, and sauté briefly. Then add the shredded meat and sear until well browned. Then add the garlic, Cremefine, curry sauce, and apricot pieces, and mix everything well. Season to taste and thicken with a little cornstarch, if desired. Transfer everything to a casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 20-30 minutes. We serve it with rice.
