Vegetable Salad
The perfect vegetable salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g White cabbage
- 1 bunch Radish
- 0,5 piece Cucumber
- 3 piece Carrots
- 1 tablespoon Dill
- 1 tablespoon Parsley
- 1 tablespoon Chives
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Lemon juice
- Sunflower oil
- Clean, wash and peel the vegetables.
- Finely chop dill, parsley and chives or frozen.
- Finely slice the white cabbage, add a little salt and knead vigorously, then let it steep for 5 minutes.
- In the meantime, finely slice the carrots, cucumber and radishes. Or who likes to cut into fine strips.
- Put the vegetables in a large bowl and add the herbs. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper, mix everything well and let it steep for a moment.
- Pour some oil over the salad, stir again, season to taste and then serve.
