Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pineapple, fresh
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 12 tbsp brandy

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the pineapple and slice it, removing the core and the eyes. Dice the pineapple slices. Place the pineapple cubes in a saucepan with the sugar and brandy and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Let cool and serve.
