Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 egg(s)
- 3 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp chocolate shavings as desired
- 1 dashes vanilla extract to taste
- Margarine for greasing the cup
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine the dry ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Then add the egg and mix well again. Then add the milk and oil and mix well again. If using chocolate shavings and vanilla extract, add them now and mix well again. Pour the batter into a large, greased mug and microwave it for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (high). The batter will then rise. Don’t panic if it overflows. Then let the cake cool slightly and turn it out of the mug, or scoop it straight out of the mug.
